This motorcycle does not appear to have been opened. Looks to be sealed and the motorcycle still looks to be attached to plastic inside. The sounds on the control were tested thru the "try me" window and found to be working. It is dated 2003 and since unopened, it has not been tested to full capacity. It is possible that batteries may need replaced due to age. The box does have some light wear from storage. Perfect for the Harley collection! Best used on smooth level surfaces such as pavement or low pile carpet.
