There are a few minor cosmetic blemishes. Given the location, they are not easily noticed when installed. The shifter spline teeth have a few flat spots but it still works just fine. What you see is what you will receive. If changing from "Forward Controls" to these "Mid-Controls", you can reuse many pieces of mounting hardware.

However you will need a "mid-control" primary cover. What you see is exactly what you will receive.
